License

Switch from evaluation mode to licensed mode by applying a valid license file to your database. There is no need to reinstall the application.

To perform this operation, simply click the License file button to select the *.lic file you have received from PROMODAG upon purchasing the product.

Licensing servers

Once your license file has been accepted,

• In the On-Premises tab, select the Exchange servers to be licensed .
• Click Apply.

Note: It is possible to modify the selection of licensed servers at any time.

Licensing Office 365 mailboxes

• In the Office 365 tab, check that the number of Office 365 mailboxes is consistent.
• If necessary, click Select and select the mailboxes you need to report on.

Evaluating a specific edition

Each edition of the product has specific characteristics. This window can be used during the evaluation period to try either the Standard, Professional or Enterprise editions. Just change the product edition, and click Apply.
