Create a Recipient Selection

This option lets you import a list of SMTP addresses from a CSV file, or select recipients from the grid to create custom selection files.

Interface description

Option		Description
Load a selection		Load an existing selection file (.PrSel extension) to view its content and modify it if necessary.
		Load a custom CSV file. The format of this file is extremely basic: one SMTP address per line.
Select recipients in the grid		Choose one or more recipient types and select the mailboxes, contacts or distribution groups you wish to include in your selection file.
		Save your selection file. You will be able to use it in any report from now on.
