Sort mailboxes by

Select the primary sort key and the sort order to apply to the report.

Option Description
Mailbox name Sort mailbox names in alphabetical order (A to Z if Ascending, Z to A if Descending).
Total size Sort mailboxes by size (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
Total item count Sort mailboxes by item count (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
Total unread items size Sort mailboxes by unread items size (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
Total unread items count Sort mailboxes by unread items count (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
Oldest items size Sort mailboxes by size of oldest items (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
Oldest items count Sort mailboxes by number of oldest items (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
