Graph settings

Compose the content of the graph to display in the report.

Option Selection
[Number], Biggest, Smallest Enter the number of entries to be displayed in the report. For example, enter 10 and select the Biggest radio button if you wish to obtain a top 10 devices in the selection/group.
From selection Select this radio button to obtain a top n of devices for all users selected in the Selection tab.
From group

Select this radio button to obtain a top n for each group selected in the Group tab. For example, you will obtain a report showing 3 graphs with a top 10

  • if you selected a top 10, Biggest, From group,
  • if you chose to group results by Department,
  • and if you have 3 departments in your company.
Aggregate remaining data Select this check box to display the cumulated number of devices that are not part of the top n.
By: Device count, Request count Select these radio buttons to choose the information you wish to display in your graph. For example, select the Device count button to obtain the top n devices by number of devices.

Note: this graph will only appear if you select the Graph or Graph & Tabular data options in the Presentation tab.

Tabular data settings

Compose the content of the table to display in the report.

Option Selection
[Number], Biggest, Smallest Enter the number of entries to be displayed in the report. For example, enter 10 and select the Biggest radio button if you wish to obtain a top 10.
Device count, Request count Select these radio buttons to choose the information you wish to display in your table. For example, select the Hit count button to obtain the top n device types by request count.

Sort by

Select the primary sort key and the sort order to apply to the report.

Option Description
Device type Select this radio button to sort device that use ActiveSync by type in alphabetical order (A to Z if Ascending, Z to A if Descending).
Device count Select this radio button to sort devices that use ActiveSync by count (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
Request count Select this radio button to sort devices that use ActiveSync by number of generated http requests or 'hits' (smallest to largest if Ascending, largest to smallest if Descending).
