Estimating the database size growth

There is no arithmetic formula for estimating the size growth of a Promodag database in a particular environment, since some or most Exchange message tracking file events may be filtered but not imported.

Please follow these steps to estimate the size growth of a Promodag database:

1. Create a new database.
2. Import the directory only.
3. Write down the size of the database at that step.
4. Import messages tracking files for 15 days (evaluation version limitation).
5. Write down the size of the database at that step.
6. With the approximate size for 15 days of imports, you can estimate size for 1 month or more by simply adding or multiplying.
