Include

This option lets you select Exchange mailboxes and/or their archives. It is possible to display mailboxes and their archives as one single item, or separately, in which case the archive is displayed as 'Mailbox Display Name [Archive]' in the report.

Detail level

Select the detail level to display in your final report. You may end up with a summary, or a very detailed report depending on the options chosen.

Option Description
Totals only Select this radio button to obtain a simple counting of mailboxes, with item size and count.
Mailbox storage (item size and count) Select this radio button to obtain a full list of mailboxes, along with
  • their limit status,
  • item size and count,
  • last logged on account and last logon time.
Mailbox storage (recoverable item size and count) Same as Mailbox storage (items size and count), but the last logged on account and last logon time.

However, it also includes

  • The number of recoverable items
  • Their size.
Mailbox storage, quotas and limits Same as Mailbox storage (items size and count), but the last logged on account and last logon time.

However, it also includes

  • storage quotas: issue warning, prohibit send, prohibit send and receive
  • message size limit (send, receive).
  • Logon and logoff information
Same as Mailbox storage, quotas and limits, but also includes last logged on account and last logon time.

Optional recipient attribute

Select a mailbox attribute from the drop-down list. It will be displayed for each mailbox.

Anonymous report

You may request an anonymous report to obtain information about mailboxes content or traffic without breaking privacy rules.

Option Description
Anonymous report Select this check box to obtain a report without mailboxes names. They will be replaced with a standard label and a counter (i.e. Mailbox 1, Mailbox 2, etc) rather than the actual user name. This is for confidentiality consideration.
