Set the detail level for the recipients you have selected.

| Correspondent Type (Internal, Internet...) | Separate correspondents by type based on their address. If you select this mailbox, internal and external traffic will be separately displayed. |

| Correspondents (john@domain.com) | Display the full SMTP address for external correspondents. |
| Display Correspondents' Address | Display the full SMTP address for internal correspondents as well. If this check box is not selected, the report will only display their display name. |

Select a mailbox attribute from the drop-down list. It will be displayed for each mailbox.
Select the traffic direction to be displayed in the report: sent messages, received messages, or the total.
