Select the detail level to display in your final report. You may end up with a summary, or a very detailed report depending on the options chosen.

Select this radio button to obtain a count of those messages, broken down by SMTP domains of recipients selected in the Selection tab. Example: If the recipient type selected in the Selection tab is Mailbox, then you will get a list of incoming and/or outgoing messages broken down by SMTP domains defined in your Exchange organization. If the recipient type selected is SMTP address, then you will get a list of messages broken down by SMTP domains found in Exchange message tracking files for the servers and period you selected. |

Select a mailbox attribute from the drop-down list. It will be displayed for each mailbox.
