Selection tab

The Selection tab allows to select the group of public folders on which Promodag Reports is going to report. The application lets you load the public folder tree, and select public folders and their sub-folders.

Public folder selection

Selections can be separately saved as selection settings before you record your custom report. You will then be able to reuse them later on.

You can make, change, clear or save your selection using the following buttons:

Option		Description
Include a selection of public folders	All folders	Select this radio button to include all public folders in the organization.
	Select folders	Select specific public folders by adding a folder filter and clicking to load the public folder tree. The name of these specific folders are prefixed with 'PF@...' Sub-folders: Select this check box to include sub-folders in the selection.
		Clear the selected public folder.
		Clear all displayed public folders.
		Save your public folder selection, so that you can use it in other reports.
		Open a previously saved public folder selection.
