Error reports

Promodag Reports includes an automated error-reporting module. Error report files, whose extension is . saencryptedreport, are generated when the application faces an unexpected situation. Those files are saved in the \Logs directory, as trace files. For more information about application paths, see Default paths for installation and settings.

Note: We use error report files to discover and correct bugs or to take unknown situations into account. Therefore, we highly recommend users to use this feature and forward us all errors they may come across.

Option Description
Ignore this error and attempt to continue Click this button to ignore the error and try to continue. The outcome is not guaranteed and the application may crash (not recommended).
Save Report Click this button to manually save a .sareport file in order to send it to our Customer Support team.
Send Error Report Click this button to automatically generate a notification that will be sent to our Customer Support team along with an error report file. You will simply be requested your e-mail address, so that we can correspond with you send you a hotfix, and a short description of the problem.
Don't Send Click this button to exit the application without sending any notification to our Customer Support team (not recommended).
