Create Office 365 Message Tracking Files

Introduction

Use this option to create message tracking files based on data exported from Office 365. The structure of these files is very similar to the tracking logs generated by on-premises Exchange. It is then possible to import them into the database using the File > Import Message Tracking Data option. Related Topics

Note: The data used to create message tracking files is only available from Office 365 for 10 days.

Interface description

Option	Description
Tracking files location	Path to the location where message tracking files based on data exported from Office 365 are created. This path can be modified in the Properties of Office 365 window. See also: Default paths for installation and settings.
Create from	The last export: Data will be exported from the last export date onwards. (Select a fixed date in the calendar).
To	(Select a fixed date in the calendar).
	Click this button to view the list of message tracking files created so far.
