File name | Enter a name for the attached report (default: report name).
This button inserts various attributes related to selected mailboxes to the file name. This button includes a dynamic date to the file name. Several date formats are available. |
Subject | Specify the message subject (default: report name). This button inserts variable information related to selected mailboxes to the message subject. |
Message template | Select a message template to be used as message body (if nothing is selected, a blank message will be used instead). Create a new message template. Modify an existing message template. Delete an existing message template. |
Store messages in the outbox without sending them | Select this check box to store generated messages in the Drafts folder of the mailbox defined in the Email and Notifications tab of Tools > Options. This allows you to check their content before sending them. Note: The Outlook client must be directly connected to the mailbox to "see" messages in the Drafts. Alternatively, you can view them using OWA. |

Excel 2000-2003 | xls | The XLS export format is the default file format for the 2003 version of Excel and older. It is a proprietary binary format. The size of an XLS worksheet is limited to 65,536 rows. |
Excel 2007 | xlsx | The XLS export format is the default file format for versions of Excel since 2007. It is based on Office Open XML format. The size of an XLS worksheet is limited to 1,048,576 rows. |
Rich Text | rtf | This file format can be read using most word processing software. |
HTML | htm | Use this format to export reports to your Intranet. |
Web Archive | mht | Web page archive format used to combine resources that are typically represented by external links, such as images, together with HTML code into a single file. |
Print Document | prnx | Use this format to export reports to the \Saved Reports folder. You will be able to view them by using the My Snapshots menu. For more information about the \Saved Reports location, see Default paths for installation and settings. |
