Selection tab

The Selection tab allows to select the group of directory objects (mailboxes, public folders, servers...) on which Promodag Reports is going to report. In this context, you can select them by Organization Type (On-Premises Exchange or Office 365).

Selections can be separately saved as selection settings before you record your custom report. You will then be able to reuse them later on.

You can make, change, clear or save your selection using the following buttons:

Option		Description
Include a selection of directory objects	All organization directory objects	Select this radio button to include all directory objects in the organization.
	Directory objects by:	Select directory objects by Organization Type.
		Select all check boxes.
		Unselect all check boxes.
		Revert the current selection.
		Save your directory object selection, so that you can use it in other reports.
		Open a previously saved directory object selection.
Exclude a selection of directory objects		Click this button to display the directory object exclusion pane.
		Click this button to hide the directory object exclusion pane.
	Exclude deleted directory objects	Select this check box to exclude directory objects that have been marked as deleted from the report.
	Exclude directory objects by:	Select directory objects by Organization Type.
		Select all check boxes.
		Unselect all check boxes.
		Save your directory object selection, so that you can use it in other reports.
		Open a previously saved directory object selection.
