The Selection tab allows to select the group of recipients on which Promodag Reports is going to report. For example, mailboxes can be selected using common AD attributes such as Company, Department or OU.
Recipients may be: mailboxes, contacts, distribution groups, or public folders.
Selections can be separately saved as selection settings before you record your custom report. You will then be able to reuse them later on.
You can make, change, clear or save your selection using the following buttons:

The Advanced recipient selection option allows you to select recipients based on simple or complex queries. It can be used alone or in combination with the traditional selection grid of the Selection tab.
This Exclude recipients option allows to exclude recipients from the report.
