Scan on tab

The purpose of the Scan On tab is to select the servers that generate message tracking files to be scanned.

Server selection 

 

Selections can be separately saved as selection settings before you record your custom report. You will then be able to reuse them later on.

You can make, change, clear or save your selection using the following buttons:

  Option Description
Include a selection of servers All organization servers Select this radio button to include all servers in the organization.
Servers by: Select one server (or a group of servers) according to an attribute of your choice.
Select all check boxes.
Unselect all check boxes.
Revert the current selection.
Save your server selection, so that you can use it in other report templates.
Open a previously saved server selection.
Exclude a selection of servers Click this button to display the server exclusion pane.
Click this button to hide the server exclusion pane.
Exclude deleted servers Select this check box to exclude servers that have been marked as deleted from the report.
Exclude servers by: Select one server (or a group of servers) according to an attribute of your choice.
Select all check boxes.
Unselect all check boxes.
Revert the current selection.
Save your server selection, so that you can use it in other report templates.
Open a previously saved object selection.
