button on the Toolbar.The Mailbox and Public folder size data source is used to produce reports on the size of mailboxes, mailbox folders and public folders. A 'snapshot' is taken at the time when the import is run using PowerShell. Data is stored into the database and cannot be reimported.
Note: Since Exchange does not keep any history of mailbox, public folder or information store size, reports on storage size are based on data dynamically gathered on a regular basis - a storage information 'snapshot', in a way - and stored into the database. It is unfortunately not possible to gather data from past periods: the only available data will relate to dates when an import was run.
Use the Import Storage Size Data option or click the button on the Toolbar.
