Overview | This is the companion report to Message Response Times. Measure the activity level of a group of staff, for example salespeople or Customer Service executives, by generating metrics on response time. Get an a simple overview of actions performed on messages in that public folder, such as items marked as replied or forwarded, and the average response time, or get down to the details and list each item and each action last performed on it. |
Options | Options include grouping by directory attribute, public folder selection, and filtering by delivery time and item type. |
Usage | Use this report to obtain statistics on unread, replied or forwarded messages in selected public folders. |
