Correspondent count | Only recipients of the message filtered in the Correspondents tab will be counted. To count all recipients, use 'Recipient count, All'. For example, you can use this option to display messages sent to more than 10 external correspondents by selecting all Internet domain address types in the Correspondent tab, and setting a filter 'Recipient count sent, In Correspondents > 10'. |
Correspondent type | Type of correspondent, i.e. Internal, Internet or Unidentified local recipient. See also: Correspondent types. |
Delay | Delay between sending and receiving messages within the Exchange organization. |
Message count received | Cumulative number of received messages. |
Message count sent | Cumulative number of sent messages. |
Message date | Date-time of the message tracking event converted to local time. |
MessageID | Value of the Message-Id: header field in the message header. |
Message size (KB) | Size of the individual messages to be searched for, in KiloBytes. |
Message size received (KB) | Cumulative size of received messages, in KiloBytes. |
Message size sent (KB) | Cumulative size of sent messages, in KiloBytes. |
Message subject | Message's subject found in the Subject: header field. |
Recipient count, all | Every single recipient of the message will be counted. If recipients included distribution groups, each of their members will be counted. For example, each of the 1,000 members of the 'All Users' distribution group will be counted. To count specific recipients only, use 'Recipient count, in Correspondents'. |
Recipient count, all, Unresolved | Every original recipient of the message will be counted. If recipients included distribution groups, each of them will be counted as 1 recipient. For example, the 'All Users' distribution group will be counted as 1 recipient. To count specific recipients only, use 'Recipient count, in Correspondents'. |
Sent, Received | Direction of the message |
'To' recipient count | Number of primary recipients.This feature is only available with Exchange 2010/2019. |
