| Overview | This report allows you to break down mailboxes according to their traffic by hour of the day, in number of messages or volume. It is possible to generate the report by day of the week, or for all days combined. The result is displayed as a histogram or a pie chart. The report also allows you to select distribution groups and public folders. |
| Options | Options include reporting period, grouping by directory attribute, choice of adress types such as Exchange or Internet, and selection of the traffic direction. |
| Usage | Use this report to measure the level of activity of your users according to the hours of the day and visually estimate the most active hours compared to those that are less active. You can supplement this information with the Message Breakdown by Day of the Week report to plan system maintenance with minimal impact on users. |
