| Overview | This report allows you to break down the number of distinct users who have sent or received at least one message according to the hour of the day. It is possible to generate the report by day of the week, or for all days combined. The result is displayed as a histogram or a pie chart. The report also allows you to select distribution groups and public folders. |
| Options | Options include reporting period, grouping by directory attribute, choice of adress types such as Exchange or Internet, and selection of the traffic direction. |
| Usage | Use this report to determine the time slots during which the most users are active, or how many of them send messages outside of working hours. You can supplement this information with the Recipient Breakdown by Day of the Week report to plan system maintenance with minimal impact on users. |
