You can delete part or all data imports from the database.
You can purge the following items from your database:
However, other items added to the structure of your messaging organization (sites, containers, servers, connectors, correspondents, recipients) will not be systematically deleted.

Each of the selected servers is processed one by one. Imports are deleted in ascending order of date. If you delete all events related to a message tracking file, the reference of that file will also be deleted from the database.

Information is retrieved from native Exchange data sources, such as message tracking files, IIS logs and Internet connectors archival files. Deleted data can only be reimported if these files have been retained on your Exchange servers.
