| Overview | This template is designed to obtain the top n groups of recipients based on the number of messages they sent or received. Groups are based on AD attribute, for example Department, OU or Server. Should you need to produce a report showing the email activity between groups of recipients, use Inter-Group Traffic instead. |
| Options | Options include reporting period, grouping by directory attributes, choice of address types such as Exchange or Internet, the possibility of showing a top n, and various sorting options. The report may be generated in tabular or graphic form, or even both at the same time. |
| Usage | Use this report to find out which groups of mailboxes, for instance departments, generate most of the traffic. |
