Message Response Times - Report Definition

Section Description
Overview Measure the activity level of a group of staff, for example salespeople or Customer Service executives, by generating metrics on response time. Get an a simple overview of actions performed on messages and posts in that mailbox, such as items marked as replied or forwarded, and the average response time, or get down to the details and list each item and each action last performed on it.
Options Options include grouping by directory attribute, folders selection, and filtering by delivery time and item type. It is possible to make an anonymous report to obtain information about mailboxes content without breaking privacy rules.
Usage Use this report to obtain statistics on unread, replied or forwarded messages and posts in selected mailboxes and folders.
